Always pushing forwards, never looking back, 'Hounds Of The Harbour' lays out the current Ansome sound whilst hinting at what is to come in the future. The dancefloor is never left too far behind as the crunching beats of 'Smuggler's Den' and 'Hell For Leather' hit as hard as anything Ansome has released in the past. Although the fireworks tour will give you a nice vantage point for the fireworks, you do miss out on the Carnival. The Cat Trax Express picks you up at the Madonna Sterling Base Lodge and deposits you on the top of Madonna before the M1 motor even fires a piston. 'Copper' twists and turns across its arrangement, refusing to ever get locked into a monotonous groove whilst the album's title track and 'Last Bottle' display a melodic edge previously unseen in Ansome's work. Smugglers’ Notch has modified 12-person groomers called the Cat Trax Express that do a few different tours each week some mid-afternoon, one at sunset and one on Thursdays ahead of the fireworks.
